Section : ১৮৭In the case of tax assessment for any firm or association of persons—
(a) First, the total income of the firm or association of persons shall be determined, and thereafter, the tax liability shall be assessed based on the total income; and
(b) Subsequently, the income shall be distributed among the partners or members in proportion to their shares.
