Section : ১৩৭The Chief Executive Officer of the Stock Exchange shall collect tax at the rate of 0.03% (zero point zero three percent) on the transaction value of shares, debentures, mutual funds, or securities provided by a member of the Stock Exchange at the time of payment:
Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to the transfer of any listed sukuk or bond.
