Section : ১১৬In cases where, under the terms of a letter of credit or any instruction, an exporter makes payment through a bank for the export of goods, and pays any amount as commission, charge, or remuneration to an agent representing or acting on behalf of a foreign buyer, by whatever name called, for the export of goods, the bank shall deduct or collect advance tax at the rate of 7.5% (seven point five percent) at the time of payment of such commission, charge, or remuneration.
